Stars Competition Team has 3 levels:  Rising Stars, Super Stars and Elite Stars.  Our competition dancers are given a more accelerated dance education and crave the thrill of competing.  

 

Our Rising Stars Team is for dancers that are just beginning competition and take approximately 1 to 5 hours of classes a week.  They compete at the novice level.  They attend 3 local competitions regionally.  Nationals is mandatory every other year.  

 

*Must have completed at least 1 year of recrational dance training.   Students are placed by age and ability. The competition staff determines the placement of students on the team.

 

Our Super Stars Team is for dancers that take approximately 5 to 9 hours of classes a week.  They compete at the intermediate level.  They attend 3 local competitions regionally.  Nationals is mandatory every other year.

Our Elite Stars Team is focused on the serious dancer. Each dancer takes appoximately 15+ hours of classes a week.  This team is quickly becoming one of the most highly regarded in the Midwest Region and regularly receives the highest placements and awards both Regionally and Nationally.  They attend mandatory conventions both locally and regionally.  These dancers will attend at least 4  regional competitions, some local and some that require travel.  They also attend Nationals every year.  Dancers are placed at this level by teacher evaluation only as it requires a higher level of committment from both dancer and family.
